What is an 'Original Artwork'?

All Original Artworks are one of a kind works created by an artist. These are not reproductions or prints, but the only original version of the work.

What is the difference between Limited Edition and Open Edition prints?

LIMITED EDITION

As you can see from the name, Limited Edition means that only a certain number of prints are to made available by the Artist for that artwork. Once that number of works have been sold, that edition is no longer available in that size. The Artist may however offer the prints in more than one size. The exclusive nature of Limited Edition raises it’s value and ensures that the work will not be “everywhere”. If the print is a limited edition, it will be indicated on the website product page.

OPEN EDITION

Unlike Limited Edition, open edition can be printed any number of times and therefore, not as valuable or exclusive. Open edition is often offered in Canvas prints.

Will my artwork have an artist's signature on it?

Generally Artists will sign their original works , however they are not under any obligation to do so and it is entirely at their discretion. If the signature is not on the front of the artwork, it may well be on the back.

When making a purchase of an original work you will receive a certificate of Authenticity with the Artists signature and a description of the artwork with each piece.

How do I find an artist or artwork on the site?

At Panoply gallery online we offer a wide selection of Artworks and artists all on our website. When buying art, it can be daunting to know what you want or what style will suit your home.

We have provided a range of search filters to make this an easier process for you.

If you have difficulty defining what you DO like, it is sometimes a good idea to eliminate what you DON’T like. This narrows the search, enabling you to focus on what sort of artwork suits your taste, décor and budget. We are here to assist you so if you are still having difficulties please contact us for advice and we can guide you through the website.

Do I need to sign up to buy?

No, you can purchase through this website as a ‘guest’ without creating an account. Creating an account allows for easy purchasing in the future.

Shipping & Returns

What methods of payment are accepted?

All payments are processed through Paypal. You can purchase with a Paypal account or by entering your credit card details into the Paypal payment portal.

Why don't you ship to my country?

Panoply Gallery is a new kid on the block. While we’re finding our feet in the online world, we will only be shipping within Australia and to the USA and New Zealand. To arrange an alternative international order, please contact us directly.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated based on the product you purchase and your delivery location. This will be shown at the time of checkout.

How long will it take for my items to arrive?

As our prints are made to order, your items will be sent within 14 business days of ordering. You will be given a courier tracking number via email to track the exact delivery time.

What payment security do you have?

All payments are conducted through Paypal. Please refer to the official Paypal site for their privacy and security information.
