Canvas and Paper Prints

All canvas and paper prints are made to order. These will be shipped within 14 days after an order is place unless otherwise stated on the product page. During holiday periods some deliveries may take a little longer.

Any claims for damage must be made to Panoply Gallery on the day of delivery with attached images by contacting us through the website or sending an email to panoplygallery@bigpond.com.

Panoply Gallery is not responsible for damage to goods after delivery. It is the responsibility of the recipient to handle artwork with care when unpacking and hanging works.

Original Artworks

Original works will be sent by reputable Courier companies or Australia Post to your nominated address. You will be notified by email when your parcel is in transit and a corresponding tracking number. Deliveries are between Monday and Friday, business hours only.

Once your order has been processed, please allow up to 10 days for shipping. PO box addresses are not accepted as suitable delivery destinations.

International Orders

Panoply Gallery is an Australian owned and operated company and we deliver artworks within Australia, USA and New Zealand. To arrange alternative overseas purchases and delivery, please contact us directly with the artwork and specifications required and we will quote a delivery time and cost based on your location.

Returns

Canvas and Paper Prints

Unfortunately, as all prints are made to order, we are unable to offer any returns or refunds on print and canvas artworks.

Original Artworks

Original works that prove to be unsuitable can be returned within 2 days of delivery.

In such circumstance, the purchaser must notify the gallery within the 48 hours of receiving the artwork. The gallery will arrange a courier to pick up the goods to return to the artist.

All return artworks must be repackaged in original delivery packing. The purchaser will be emailed delivery labels which should be attached to the package.

The costs for return courier are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be deducted from the refund amount once verification of the safe arrival of returned work has been received.

We do not accept personal courier services. All return couriers will be organised by Panoply Gallery.

Once returns have been processed, Panoply gallery will credit the remaining cost back to the purchaser (with courier costs deducted) and issue a refund statement. Email notification will be sent once the refund has been processed.

International Orders

We do not offer any refunds for international orders.
